Once your order is confirmed, we begin the crafting process just for you. Because of this, cancellations aren’t possible after the order is placed.
Please note that slight variations in colors, shapes, or textures are natural in handmade items and not considered defects. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of handmade art.
Your information (name, phone, email, address) is safe with us and used only for order fulfillment. We never share your data with anyone.
We don't offer refunds or cancellations as products are custom-made. In case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with the package opening video without any edits and cuts.
